The importance of regular maintenance for your espresso equipment can’t be emphasized enough. It’s the key that ensures your espresso machine and grinder operate efficiently and saves you from costly emergency service charges. To help shop owners achieve this, we’re offering quarterly and bi-annual preventative maintenance packages that are designed to meet the growing needs of shops in our area.
Quarterly

Receive a service visit every three months over the next year to perform preventative maintenance work on equipment. Following manufacturer maintenance guidelines, we inspect and replace grouphead gaskets, diffuser screens, screws, portafilter baskets, and basket springs. Additionally, we check the steam valves, pump pressure, boiler temperature readings, test steam boiler vacuum breaker, test flow rate, inspect water filtration system, drain system inspection, and espresso grinder burr inspection.

Package comes with limited troubleshooting coverage – ie, phone call and quick visit (under 10min, no parts replaced)

Schedule four visits in advance, over 12 months. Payment due upon completion of service visit. Parts to be billed after each visit when work is completed.
Bi-Annual

The Bi-Annual package includes a visit once every 6 months for the next year to perform preventative maintenance work on equipment.

In addition to the quarterly list outlined above, we focus on the following for our bi-annual visits: clean auto-fill probe, rebuild steam valves, test shot volumes, test flow meter resistance, test flow rate, verify coffee boiler set point, check brew pressure, inspect steam boiler pressure-stat, inspect steam boiler contactor. Option to replace espresso grinder burrs.
